Emailed and called the company THREE times. I don't smoke, so there was no issue with that. All the car needed was a car wash and vacuum. Three issues for the Orlando (near) Airport place: Charged $125 for cleaning. I promise paying 25-75$ more with a well known name (hertz, enterprise, etc) will save you the stress, aggravation and money (and your child's life if you are renting a carseat). I felt unsafe with my daughter in the carseat that I ended up buying a new carseat and checked it into my flight upon departing.The carseat was so filthy that my daughter developed some sort of rash around her neck. They should not be giving out these carseats. The woman who was working the desk up front admitted to how old these car seats are. I added a carseat for my toddler and they gave me an old, dirty expired car seat.

In our contract it states we get one full tank within the price we pay, however when I returned the car with more than half a tank left they surcharged me for not returning the car with a full tank. I called and asked about it and they promised it back but that was never refunded. I returned the car just the way it was rented and they took my security deposit. A rental that should have only costed us about 300$ cost almost $800. I don't understand how these thieves are still in business given all these horrible reviews.
